Linked tasks with repeats and reminders

Your own management system becomes more efficient as tasks are no longer forgotten: Tasks can be linked directly to key entities such as risks and actions. For example, a revision task can be created directly for a newly created risk. This feature allows tasks and entities to be seamlessly linked and ensures that nothing is overlooked.

The new option to set task recurrence is also particularly useful. Whether weekly, monthly or yearly, you can set task cycles and keep track of who has completed what and when. An integrated email reminder function ensures that you don't miss any important tasks.

Drag'n'drop table grouping - improved clarity

Grouping tables is now faster and more intuitive. The new drag'n'drop feature lets you simply drag columns into the grouping field. This not only allows you to quickly create individual groupings, but also to create multiple groupings so that complex data sets can be presented in a clear and structured manner.

Simplified control set management

Control Set management has been greatly simplified. Administrators can now enable or disable control sets in the settings. This ensures that only relevant control sets are available for selection when creating new control assessments.

In addition, existing control sets can be duplicated by right-clicking to customise them to the needs of the organisation. This flexibility saves time and ensures that all controls are tailored to specific requirements.

Automatic activation of new risks

Another highlight of the update is the automatic activation of newly created risks. This not only saves time, but also reduces the risk of inadvertently leaving important risks inactive.

Simplified entity link creation

Creating links between entities has never been easier. The list of linkable entities can now be searched and filtered, significantly speeding up the process. New or existing entities can be linked with just a few clicks, further increasing management efficiency.

Bugfix: Correct display in PDF export

In addition to the new features, an important bug in the PDF export has been fixed. Line breaks in multi-line fields are now displayed correctly, making exported documents more readable and professional.
